Final approval by the Building Official is required prior to occupancy. WORK SHALL NOT PROCEED UNTIL THE INSPECTOR HAS APPROVED THE STAGES OF CONSTRUCTION SURFACE STORM WATER SHALL BE DIVERTED FROM THE BUILDING SITE AND SHALL NOT DRAIN ONTO ADJACENT PROPERTIES. Rain drains shall connect to the storm sewer or discharge at the street. I hereby acknowledge that I have read this Permit/Application, that the information given is correct: that I am the owner or the duly authorized agent of the owner; that plans submitted herewith are in compliance with all applicable city, county and state laws and that all construction will proceed in accordance with said laws. This permit shall expire if work is not commenced with 180 days or if the work is suspended for a period of 180 days. Once work has started (passed a required inspection) one inspection per year must be completed to keep active or it will formally expire and become null and void. BY LEAVING THE CONTRACTOR INFORMATION SECTION BLANK, I HEREBY CERTIFY FURTHER THAT CONTRACTORS (GENERAL OR SUBCONTRACTORS) WILL NOT BE HIRED TO PERFORM ANY WORK IN ASSOCIATION WITH THIS PERMIT. I ALSO CERTIFY THAT IF I DO CHOOSE TO HIRE A CONTRACTOR (GENERAL OR SUBCONTRACTOR) I WILL ONLY HIRE THOSE CONTRACTORS THAT ARE LICENSED BY THE STATE OF WASHINGTON.

PERMIT CONDITIONS: FIRE REVIEW CONDITIONS: 1. THIS REVIEW DOES NOT APPROVE THE UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK LOCATION OR SIZING. SIZING WILL BE BASED ON THE FUTURE HOSPITALS NEEDS AND WILL BE ADDRESSED LATER THROUGH DOH'S REVIEW. 2. A FIRE DEPARTMENT KNOX BOX IS REQUIRED. 3. AN AUTOMATIC FIRE SPRINKLER AND FIRE ALARM SYSTEM WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS BUILDING. SYSTEM SHALL BE DESIGNED PER CITY ORDINANCES. 4. FIRE FINAL INSPECTION IS REQUIRED. BUILDING: Install approved address on the building which is visable from the road. The size of the lettering shall comply with the Fire Dept. requirements. 841-6666 It is the responsibility of the contractor or owner to make sure that this building complies with all the requirements of the International Codes and the Uniform Plumbing Code. All redlines on the approved plans shall become part of the project. You shall comply with all requirements of Chapter 17 for Special Inspection, see the Cities list of authorized companies. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOT EMPLOY THE SPECIAL INSPECTION COMPANY OR THE INSPECTOR SECTION 1701.1 UBC You shall comply with all the requirements of the Geotechnical Engineer Report and incorporate all their conclusions and recommendations into the project. Section 1802 IBC This job requires Structural Observation as stated in Section 1702 Wash. State Amendments. A written field report of observed deficiencies and how the deficiencies shall be resolved will be sent to the Building Official of the City. Final electrical inspection approval is required prior to the building department final approval. The foundation inspection shall only be made after the surveyor of record verifies the location of the foundation to the approved site plan. The APPROVED CONSTRUCTION PLANS and ALL ENGINEERING must be posted on the job at all inspections in a visible and readily accessible location.
