Final approval by the Building Official is required prior to occupancy. This permit shall expire if work is not commenced with 180 days or if the work is suspended for a period of 180 days. Once work has started (passed a required inspection) one inspection per year must be completed to keep active or it will formally expire and become null and void. BY LEAVING THE CONTRACTOR INFORMATION SECTION BLANK, I HEREBY CERTIFY FURTHER THAT CONTRACTORS (GENERAL OR SUBCONTRACTORS) WILL NOT BE HIRED TO PERFORM ANY WORK IN ASSOCIATION WITH THIS PERMIT. I ALSO CERTIFY THAT IF I DO CHOOSE TO HIRE A CONTRACTOR (GENERAL OR SUBCONTRACTOR) I WILL ONLY HIRE THOSE CONTRACTORS THAT ARE LICENSED BY THE STATE OF WASHINGTON.

PERMIT CONDITIONS: FIRE REVIEW CONDITIONS: 1. BACK WALL SHALL MEET IBC REQUIREMENTS 2. NO STORAGE ABOVE 12 FEET IS ALLOWED. NO HAZARDOUS MATERIAL STORAGE IS ALLOWED WITHOUT PRIOR FIRE DEPARTMENT APPROVAL 3. ADDRESS NUMBERS ARE REQUIRED 4. FIRE FINAL INSPECTION IS REQUIRED. 5. STRIPE FIRE LANE PER ORDINANCE 6. KNOX BOX IS REQUIRED 3200 SERIES HINGED DOOR. ANY GATE SHALL ALSO HAVE A KNOX BOX FOR GATE ENTRY. Building Comments. 1) Concrete shall meet 3000 psi. and tested by an WABO approved inspector and an agency approved by the City prior to placement of concrete. 2) Back wall towards property line to be 2-hr rated construction. 3) Mechanical ventilation required under IMC ch-4 prior to FINAL 4) It is the responsibility of the contractor or owner to make sure that this building complies with all the requirements of the Building, Mechanical and Plumbing codes. All redlines on the approved plans shall become part of the project. 5) Steps shall be taken to prevent drainage onto adjacent lots. UPC 6) Keep approved plans on jobsite along with roof and floor truss specifications. 7) Final electrical inspection approval is required prior to the building department final approval. 8) The foundation inspection shall only be made after the surveyor of record verifies the location of the foundation to the approved site plan. 9) The APPROVED CONSTRUCTION PLANS and ALL ENGINEERING must be posted on the job at all inspections in a visible and readily accessible location.
