: Final approval by the Building Official is required prior to occupancy. WORK SHALL NOT PROCEED UNTIL THE INSPECTOR HAS APPROVED THE STAGES OF CONSTRUCTION SURFACE STORM WATER SHALL BE DIVERTED FROM THE BUILDING SITE AND SHALL NOT DRAIN ONTO ADJACENT PROPERTIES. Rain drains shall connect to the storm sewer or discharge at the street. I hereby acknowledge that I have read this Permit/Application, that the information given is correct: that I am the owner or the duly authorized agent of the owner; that plans submitted herewith are in compliance with all applicable city, county and state laws and that all construction will proceed in accordance with said laws. This permit shall expire if work is not commenced with 180 days or if the work is suspended for a period of 180 days. Once work has started (passed a required inspection) one inspection per year must be completed to keep active or it will formally expire and become null and void. BY LEAVING THE CONTRACTOR INFORMATION SECTION BLANK, I HEREBY CERTIFY FURTHER THAT CONTRACTORS (GENERAL OR SUBCONTRACTORS) WILL NOT BE HIRED TO PERFORM ANY WORK IN ASSOCIATION WITH THIS PERMIT. I ALSO CERTIFY THAT IF I DO CHOOSE TO HIRE A CONTRACTOR (GENERAL OR SUBCONTRACTOR) I WILL ONLY HIRE THOSE CONTRACTORS THAT ARE LICENSED BY THE STATE OF WASHINGTON.
Building Permit Standard Conditions Resolved Building Division Standard Conditions
: PERMIT CONDITIONS: FIRE REVIEW: 1. The electrical plans submitted with fire alarm device locations are not approved. A separate permit is required for fire alarm work. 2. A separate permit is required for any relocation of fire sprinkler heads. 3. Fire final is required for this permit. PLANNING CONDITIONS: Mechanical equipment shall be screened from public rights-of-way per PMC 20.30.045(1). BUILDING REVIEW: 1) FR wood use is allowed in accordance with section 603 IBC (where generally concealed in construction). Other use of combustible construction is limited by 603, please reference for other proposed uses of combustibles. 2) Special Inspection Due to the phasing and sequencing of the project; a special inspection program that tracks the project sequencing is requested (1704.1.1 and 1705 IBC). Summary approval inspection (reports) will be required by the special inspector in conjunction with the project sequencing. PAY AFTER HOURS INSPECTION FEES PRIOR TO BUILDING FINAL
