: Final approval by the Building Official is required prior to occupancy. WORK SHALL NOT PROCEED UNTIL THE INSPECTOR HAS APPROVED THE STAGES OF CONSTRUCTION SURFACE STORM WATER SHALL BE DIVERTED FROM THE BUILDING SITE AND SHALL NOT DRAIN ONTO ADJACENT PROPERTIES. Rain drains shall connect to the storm sewer or discharge at the street. I hereby acknowledge that I have read this Permit/Application, that the information given is correct: that I am the owner or the duly authorized agent of the owner; that plans submitted herewith are in compliance with all applicable city, county and state laws and that all construction will proceed in accordance with said laws. This permit shall expire if work is not commenced with 180 days or if the work is suspended for a period of 180 days. Once work has started (passed a required inspection) one inspection per year must be completed to keep active or it will formally expire and become null and void. BY LEAVING THE CONTRACTOR INFORMATION SECTION BLANK, I HEREBY CERTIFY FURTHER THAT CONTRACTORS (GENERAL OR SUBCONTRACTORS) WILL NOT BE HIRED TO PERFORM ANY WORK IN ASSOCIATION WITH THIS PERMIT. I ALSO CERTIFY THAT IF I DO CHOOSE TO HIRE A CONTRACTOR (GENERAL OR SUBCONTRACTOR) I WILL ONLY HIRE THOSE CONTRACTORS THAT ARE LICENSED BY THE STATE OF WASHINGTON.
Building Permit Standard Conditions Resolved Building Division Standard Conditions
: PERMIT CONDITIONS: 1. Manufactures Installation Instructions for the Access Flooring must be onsite and available for review at time of inspection. 2. A final special inspection is required prior to final building approval. 3. A final letter from the Structural Engineer and the Mechanical Engineer is required prior to the final building approval. The letter must document that the structural and mechanical plans were adhered to during the construction and that all elements of the plans were followed at that the construction is approved by the appropriate engineers. 4. Electical final is required prior to building final approval. 5. Any fill for building construction must be approved by a Geotechnical Engineer. 6. Keep approved plans on jobsite along with all supporting documents for a complete set of plans. 7. Label all process piping appropriately. FIRE REVIEW: 1. FACILITY CLOSURE REPORT FOR THE HAZARDOUS MATERIALS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE FIRE CODE OFFICIAL. 2. FIRE SPRINKLER, FIRE ALARM AND FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS WILL REQUIRE SEPARATE PERMITS. 3. FIRE FINAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO OCCUPANCY. Building Comment UPS and Battery Storage: Preliminary commissioning of the ventilation equipment must be provided with sizing and ventilation rates compatible with all applicable code requirements. Electrical shall comply with the NEC subject to electrical inspection approval by Labor and Industries and other code requirements.
