: Final approval by the Building Official is required prior to occupancy. WORK SHALL NOT PROCEED UNTIL THE INSPECTOR HAS APPROVED THE STAGES OF CONSTRUCTION SURFACE STORM WATER SHALL BE DIVERTED FROM THE BUILDING SITE AND SHALL NOT DRAIN ONTO ADJACENT PROPERTIES. Rain drains shall connect to the storm sewer or discharge at the street. I hereby acknowledge that I have read this Permit/Application, that the information given is correct: that I am the owner or the duly authorized agent of the owner; that plans submitted herewith are in compliance with all applicable city, county and state laws and that all construction will proceed in accordance with said laws. This permit shall expire if work is not commenced with 180 days or if the work is suspended for a period of 180 days. Once work has started (passed a required inspection) one inspection per year must be completed to keep active or it will formally expire and become null and void. BY LEAVING THE CONTRACTOR INFORMATION SECTION BLANK, I HEREBY CERTIFY FURTHER THAT CONTRACTORS (GENERAL OR SUBCONTRACTORS) WILL NOT BE HIRED TO PERFORM ANY WORK IN ASSOCIATION WITH THIS PERMIT. I ALSO CERTIFY THAT IF I DO CHOOSE TO HIRE A CONTRACTOR (GENERAL OR SUBCONTRACTOR) I WILL ONLY HIRE THOSE CONTRACTORS THAT ARE LICENSED BY THE STATE OF WASHINGTON. SHOULD ASBESTOS BE FOUND DURING DEMOLITION THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FOLLOW THE REQUIREMENTS OF PUGET SOUND CLEAN AIR AGENCY FOR ABATEMENT. NOTES: 1) VERIFY NEED FOR GUARDRAIL AT NEW ROOF HATCH ACCESS (GRID 9.6 TO 10.1/LD TO LD.2). 2) MECHANICAL ENGINEER SHALL PROVIDE ORIGINAL SEALED AND SIGNED GAS PIPING PLANS WITH COMPLETE SYSTEM DETAILS OF DEVELOPED PIPE LENGTHS AND DIAMETERS.
Building Permit Standard Conditions Resolved Building Division Standard Conditions
: PERMIT CONDITIONS: FIRE REVIEW: 1. FIRE SPRINKLER AND FIRE ALARM LOCATIONS AND DEVICES ARE NOT A PART OF THIS REVIEW. SEPERATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL FIRE ALARM AND FIRE SPRINKLER WORK. THE FIRE ALARM SYSTEM SHALL CONTINUE TO BE DESIGNED FOR "TOTAL COVERAGE" PER CITY OF PUYALLUP REQUIREMENTS AND SHALL BE TIED TO MALL'S NOTIFIER SYSTEM AS IT DOES NOW. 2. EMERGENCY LIGHTING SHALL BE TESTED PRIOR TO FINAL TO OBTAIN 1 FOOT CANDLE AT FLOOR. FIRE MARSHAL TO WITNESS TEST. 3. Water flow for sprinkler risers shall continue to be monitored by the mall fire alarm system. Fire watch will be required if system is disabled. 4. FIRE FINAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO STORAGE OR OCCUPANCY. PLANNING: SIGNAGE SHALL REQUIRE A SEPERATE PERMIT SUBMITTAL
