: * Final approval by the Building Official is required prior to occupancy. *Work shall not proceed until the inspector has approved the stages of construction. *Surface storm water shall be diverted from the building site and shall not drain onto adjacent properties. * I hereby acknowledge that I have read this Permit/Application, that the information given is correct: that I am the owner or the duly authorized agent of the owner; that plans submitted herewith are in compliance with all applicable city, county and state laws and that all construction will proceed in accordance with said laws. This permit shall expire if work is not commenced with 180 days or if the work is suspended for a period of 180 days. Once work has started (passed a required inspection) one inspection per year must be completed to keep active or it will formally expire and become null and void. * By leaving the contractor information section blank, I hereby certify further that contractors (general or subcontractors) will not be hired to perform any work in association with this permit. I also certify that if I do choose to hire a contractor (general or subcontractor) I will only hire those contractors that are licensed by the state of Washington. PROVIDE CONTRACTORS LETTER OF RESPONSIBILITY AND SPECIAL INSPECTION AGENCY DESIGNATION.

DOOR OPERATION A. IBC1008.1.9.1 HARDWARE. DOOR HANDLES,PULLS, LATCHES, LOCKS AND OTHER OPERATING DEVICES SHALL NOT REQUIRE TIGHT GRASPING.TIGHT PINCHING OR TWISTING OF WRIST TO OPERATE. B.IBC 1008.1.9.3 LOCKS AND LATCHES. MAIN EXTERIOR DOORS ARE PERMITTED TO BE EQUIPPED WITH KEY-OPERATED LOCKING DEVICES FROM THE EGRESS SIDE PROVIDED; THE LOCKING DEVICE IS READILY DISTINGUISHABLE AS LOCKED AND A READILY VISIBLE DURABLE SIGN IS POSTED ON EGRESS SIDE: THIS DOOR TO REMAIN UNLOCKED WHEN BUILDING IS OCCUPIED. C. IBC 1008.1.9.4 BOLT LOCKS. MANUALLY OPERATED FLUSH BOLTS OR SURFACE BOLTS ARE NOT PERMITTED. D. IBC 1008.1.9.5 UNLATCHING. THE UNLATCHING OF ANY DOOR OR LEAF SHALL NOT REQUIRE MORE THAN ONE OPERATION F. IBC 1008.1.10 PANIC HARDWARE; AS REQUIRED FOR A - OCCUPANCIES AND ELECTRRICAL ROOMS 2 FIRE ALARM AND SPRINKLER WILL REQUIRE SEPERATE PERMITS. 3 Separate permit is required for hood suppression. 4 ALL AREAS SHALL BE COVERED BY FIRE SPRINKLER AND ALARM DEVICES. 5 FIRE ALARM DEVICE MAP SHALL BE UPDATED WITH THIS NEW TENANT SPACE. 6 LOCATE THE FAA ON THE BUILIDNG EXTERIOR NEAR THE KNOX LOCK BOX. 7 CO-2 cylinders storage shall be in accordance with IFC Chapter 30. Vent pressure relief outdoors, ventilation, tank anchorage and other applicable requirements. 8 Nitrogen storage shall be in accordance with IFC Chapter 32. 9. Exterior access to the sprinkler riser room.
