: 1. I agree to call the Engineering inspector at 253-405-1707 to inspect the cut and cap of the sanitary sidesewer at property line. The existing sidesewer shall not be re-used. 2. I agree to call the inspection line at 253-445-4795 or 253-445-5092 to schedule a building final inspection. Enter action code 9800 when prompted for Building Inspection Final. 3. I agree to call the Utility Notification Center at 1-800-424-5555 before beginning any excavation. Call before you dig, it's the law. 5. The applicant is responsible to decommission the existing septic system per P.C.H.D requirements. A decommissioning certificate is required to be filed with P.C.H.D. and a copy submitted to the City of Puyallup. 6. The applicant is responsible to decommission the existing private well per P.C.H.D. requirements. A decommissioning certificate is required to be filed with P.C.H.D. and a copy submitted to the City of Puyallup. If the existing private well is to be retained it will be necessary to install a RPBA on the domestic connection to the City’s system. 7. I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understand the contents of this permit and I hereby state that the information I have supplied is true and correct. Pipeline Notfication Rcw 19.122.033 Resolved Engineering Division Standard Conditions
: Effective January 1, 2013 RCW 19.122 Before conducting any construction or excavation within 100 feet of a right-of-way or utility easement containing a transmission pipeline a person must notify the pipeline companies of the scheduled excavation through the one-number locator service 811. Notification must occur in a window of not less than 2 business days but not more than 10 business days before beginning the excavation. If a transmission pipeline company is notified that excavation work will occur near a pipeline, a representative of the company must consult with the excavator on-site prior to excavation.
