Thanks and any questions let me know, Sincerely,… Along with the review of the Agriplex the above comments 1 through 3 relate to the attached file, Sincerely, 5.24.16 RESUBMITTAL: POLE BARN PLANS AS REQUESTED BY EB-JF SEE E-MAIL TO DARBY ATTACHED; Good Morning, Just spoke with Jodey from Pease this morning and have finished the review since speaking with her. Here are my questions and comments; 1) The Engineer indicates calculations are not valid without wet signature. Obtain cover letter from engineer. 2) The Engineer of the Pole Building specifies square footings. Our conversation as I recall covered round footings. Obtain Engineers change to structural. This change will require verification as the work is already done. 3) The Engineer specifies shear walls in his calculations. None are indicated on the structural plans. As they require a tighter anchor bolt spacing than indicated and a nailing pattern which is not indicated on the plans corrections for the plan details is required. 4) The architect indicates two occupant loads. Obtain a maximum occupant load per the specified Use from the Architect and present for the plan data. 5) The architect indicates structural sheets that do not exist. Bring the architect and engineer together for concurrence. Description: * Final approval by the Building Official is required prior to occupancy. *Work shall not proceed until the inspector has approved the stages of construction. *Surface storm water shall be diverted from the building site and shall not drain onto adjacent properties. * I hereby acknowledge that I have read this Permit/Application, that the information given is correct: that I am the owner or the duly authorized agent of the owner; that plans submitted herewith are in compliance with all applicable city, county and state laws and that all construction will proceed in accordance with said laws. This permit shall expire if work is not commenced with 180 days or if the work is suspended for a period of 180 days. Once work has started (passed a required inspection) one inspection per year must be completed to keep active or it will formally expire and become null and void. Description: Effective January 1, 2013 RCW 19.122 Before conducting any construction or excavation within 100 feet of a right-of-way or utility easement containing a transmission pipeline a person must notify the pipeline companies of the scheduled excavation through the one-number locator service 811. Notification must occur in a window of not less than 2 business days but not more than 10 business days before beginning the excavation. If a transmission pipeline company is notified that excavation work will occur near a pipeline, a representative of the company must consult with the excavator on-site prior to excavation.
