Reviewer Comments:	BLDG PLAN REVIEW - SEE ATTACHED EMAIL SENT TO BOB THRAPP THIS DATE; Hello, I've reviewed the content of the plans and application and need the following clarified; 1) The new RTU installation and location does not carry full details for the structural framing. There appears to be a curb wood framing support member with no indication of what materials, attachment to the building, unit attachment to the structure or support details for the existing structures roof materials. 2) There is an Assumption on my part that there will likely be a hydronic system involved with the installation of the new RTU. Plans are required. 3) Sheet 6G1.20 indicates some details in regard to the IBC Section 407.4. The Code Edition referenced is not current and the full I-2 design (IBC 407) train of thought is not clearly defined for area, exiting, sleeping rooms (there appear to be several) and the required barriers and partitions. There are indicated Smoke Dampers on the duct systems, but again, to align 6G1.20 with the Expanded Plan sheets does not clearly translate. 4) As the Dept. of Health is an organization I know will be involved, please provide their initial plan review comments when resubmitting the above information. I've reviewed the RFI list and believe there are more people involved in these project changes than just myself. As our workloads are off the charts, as I'm relatively certain yours are, these will go back into the system for review. The time frame for review is running approximately 6 to 8 weeks. While you are waiting for this process to take place please contact the Dept. of Health for their review letter in regard to these changes and provide as part of the package. Description: * Final approval by the Building Official is required prior to use or occupancy. *Work shall not proceed until the inspector has approved the stages of construction. *Surface storm water shall be diverted from the building site and shall not drain onto adjacent properties. * I hereby acknowledge that I have read this Permit/Application, that the information given is correct: that I am the owner or the duly authorized agent of the owner; that plans submitted herewith are in compliance with all applicable city, county and state laws and that all construction will proceed in accordance with said laws. Description: Effective January 1, 2013 RCW 19.122 Before conducting any construction or excavation within 100 feet of a right-of-way or utility easement containing a transmission pipeline a person must notify the pipeline companies of the scheduled excavation through the one-number locator service 811. Notification must occur in a window of not less than 2 business days but not more than 10 business days before beginning the excavation. If a transmission pipeline company is notified that excavation work will occur near a pipeline, a representative of the company must consult with the excavator on-site prior to excavation.
