AT THIS TIME THE INFORMATION/CHANGES DO NOT APPEAR TO MEET CODE, DO NOT APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN REVIEWED BY D.O.H. AND WILL REQUIRE FULL SETS OF PLANS WHEN CORRECTED AS THERE ARE DIFFERENT SHEETS IN THE RESUBMITTAL THAN IN THE ORIGINAL PLANS AND ADDITIONAL SHEETS ADDRESSING OTHER ASPECTS SUCH AS TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS WITH PENETRATIONS NOT FULLY DETAILED. 11.23.17 EB - SEE ATTACHED EMAIL SENT TO DUSTIN POSNER THIS DATE; Good Morning, I've reviewed the content of the Revision submitted and the original plan details and will need the following; 1) Confirmation of Dept. of Health review and acceptance of revisions provided from D.O.H. 2) 2 complete sets of plans as there is a wide variety of changed sheets and some additional sheets in the Revision not in the original sets of plans. The following will be referenced from the pages of the CCD document as provided with the Revisions; 1) Page 2 of 6 a) Sheet 6D2.22 - no room numbers. b) Sheet 6A2.01 - overall floor plan does not appear to meet full revisions. 2) Page 4 of 6 a) Sheet 6M2.13 - Per sections 717.5.4 and 717.5.7 of the 2015 IBC, I'm not understanding how it is possible to eliminate the smoke dampers in a smoke partition as noted. Exceptions in those section do not appear to reduce those requirements as well. b) Sheet 6P2.13 - It appears there is a reduction in plumbing fixtures, as such there would be a credit in fixture unit fees the facility owner may be interested in retaining/recouping. c) Sheet 6E3.13 - IDF Closet R251.9 appears to be having electrical panels installed in the south wall without suite/fire/smoke barrier required details. As this is a rated suite, fire and smoke barrier provide details for those installations. d) ALL T Sheets - It appears there are assemblies being penetrated. As these sheets are not in the original plans details for maintaining the Temperature and Fire rating of those assemblies shall be provided. I believe this sums up a considerably altered set of plans and scope of details impacted by that. Again, please see below for the quantity of plans and methods of providing that information.
