Reviewer Comments:	BLDG PLAN REVIEW - SEE ATTACHED LETTER SENT TO GREG THIS DATE; Hello Greg, I've reviewed the above project and have the following items that need clarification and correction; 1)Provide GeoTech Report. 2)Provide truss plans with engineers seal and signature (floor and roof) 3)Provide floor truss draft blocking locations and notes. 4)Provide grid lines on architectural and structural that match the calculation packet grid lines and notations. 5)Ener Calc calculations program is based on out of date codes though the indicated loads incorporated are based on current code. Provide corrected calculations. 6)Indicate which shower room is men's and women's as the water closets are required to be assigned to each shower room to maintain the minimum fixture count for gender and occupant load. 7)Provide door hardware schedule which gives full description as to type of hardware (i.e. lever, panic hardware, dead bolt indicator/lever, etc.) 8)Lighting form is not complete - Provide room #'s and locations for "Proposed Lighting Wattage". 9)Provide exterior lighting forms/calculations for wall wash, walk ways, entrance and parking lot. 10)Electric Vehicle charging to be capable of charging 2 vehicles, one accessible and 1 regular parking space. - See '15 IBC Section 427.2 (20% rounded up).\ 11)Sheet A7.10 A7.20, A7.30 and A7.40 - Interior zones control systems, such as Occupancy Sensors, dimmers, control for circuits, timers, etc. see '15 2nd Edition of the Washington State Commercial Energy Code. Description: * THE APPLICANT IS RESPONSIBLE TO CALL THE INSPECTION LINE AT 877-232-6456 TO SCHEDULE INSPECTIONS. UTILITY INSPECTIONS ARE REQUIRED PRIOR TO BACKFILLING. * Curb, gutter, sidewalk and approach must be poured per City Standards. * Driveway approach must be a minimum of 30' wide. * The builder/owner shall be responsible for keeping the existing right-of-way free of debris and dirt. Storm water runoff originating upgrade of exposed areas shall be controlled to reduce erosion and sediment loss during the period of exposure. * The applicant is responsible to call the Utility Notification Center at 1-800-424-5555 before beginning any excavation. Description: Effective January 1, 2013 RCW 19.122 Before conducting any construction or excavation within 100 feet of a right-of-way or utility easement containing a transmission pipeline a person must notify the pipeline companies of the scheduled excavation through the one-number locator service 811. Notification must occur in a window of not less than 2 business days but not more than 10 business days before beginning the excavation. If a transmission pipeline company is notified that excavation work will occur near a pipeline, a representative of the company must consult with the excavator on-site prior to excavation.
