TABLE 721.1(3) MINIMUM PROTECTION FOR FLOOR AND ROOF SYSTEMS. 2)Could you confirm the type and amount of batteries referencing compliance to Section 608 of the IFC. 3)Per our conversation the double door at the SE Lobby is proposed at 90 minute rating. Excerpt of code IBC 608.1 Scope. Stationary storage battery systems having an electrolyte capacity of more than 50 gallons (189 L) for flooded lead-acid, nickel cadmium (Ni-Cd) and valve-regulated lead-acid (VRLA), or more than 1,000 pounds (454 kg) for lithium-ion and lithium metal polymer, used for facility standby power, emergency power or uninterruptible power supplies shall comply with this section and Table 608.1.

Provide building designation for work location (i.e. Bldg. A, B, C ?) b. Provide distance separation dimension between buildings to adjacent westerly building. c. Note an required building separations required by code due to building proximity. 4) Sheet A101 - Wall Grid 9 > 12.5/E > K - Sheet A803 for wall details not in plans. 5) A Sheets; a. Sheets 501 > 521 - No NW lobby/elevator details for roof access (I'm looking for roof access at north RTU's) as the walking sheets do not travel from the south access to the north equipment. b. Pipeline Notfication Rcw 19.122.033	Resolved	Engineering Division	Standard Conditions
Description: Effective January 1, 2013 RCW 19.122 Before conducting any construction or excavation within 100 feet of a right-of-way or utility easement containing a transmission pipeline a person must notify the pipeline companies of the scheduled excavation through the one-number locator service 811. Notification must occur in a window of not less than 2 business days but not more than 10 business days before beginning the excavation. If a transmission pipeline company is notified that excavation work will occur near a pipeline, a representative of the company must consult with the excavator on-site prior to excavation.
