: ** SEDIMENT CONTROL AND EROSION PROCEDURES SHALL BE PRACTICE TO ELIMINATE AND PREVENT OFF SITE DAMAGE. STORMWATER RUNOFF ORIGINATING UPGRADE OF EXPOSED AREAS SHALL BE COTROLLED TO REDUCE EROSION AND SEDIMEMT LOSS DURING THE PERMIOD OF EXPOSURE. * I agree to call the Utility Notification Center at 1-800-424-5555 (811) before beginning any excavation. Call before you dig, it's the law. * I agree to cut and cap the sanitary sidesewer where it connects with the main at the manhole. Any other sanitary lateral connections should be capped outside the boundary limits of the new proposed hotel. The existing sidesewer shall not be re-used. Call the inspection line at 253-445-4795 or 253-445-5092 to schedule this inspection PRIOR to backfilling. Enter the action code 9100 when prompted. * The City water division shall perform the water service removal. Contact Perry Baird at 253-841-5512 to schedule. * If the existing private well is to be retained it will be necessary to install a RPBA on the domestic water service connection to the City's system. * I agree to call the inspection line at 253-445-4795 or 253-445-5092 to schedule a building final inspection. Enter action code 9800 when prompted for Building Inspection Final. I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understand the contents of this permit and I hereby state that the information I have supplied is true and correct. The Applicant shall defend, indemnify, and hold the City, its officers, employees and volunteers harmless from any and all claims, injuries, damages, losses or suits including attorney fees, arising out of or in connection with activities or operations performed by the Applicant or on the Applicant's behalf out of issuance of this permit.
Pipeline Notfication Rcw 19.122.033 Open Engineering Division Standard Conditions
: Effective January 1, 2013 RCW 19.122 Before conducting any construction or excavation within 100 feet of a right-of-way or utility easement containing a transmission pipeline a person must notify the pipeline companies of the scheduled excavation through the one-number locator service 811. Notification must occur in a window of not less than 2 business days but not more than 10 business days before beginning the excavation. If a transmission pipeline company is notified that excavation work will occur near a pipeline, a representative of the company must consult with the excavator on-site prior to excavation.
