1. Historical tree plaque – as a SEPA mitigation measure for removal of historical linden trees along the frontage, a plaque is required to be installed next to the sidewalk at the front of the site. The concrete pad for the plaque appears to have been poured, but the plaque is not there. The text for the plaque was emailed to Kevin Cash, AHBL, on April 13, 2021 by the project review planner, Kendall Wals. The plaque location and specs are provided on the approved landscape plan (sheet L100 and L505) and civil plan (C12).

3. Missing/uninstalled plants – a. At the time of inspection, there were two trees sitting within the perimeter landscape bed at the northwest corner that were not installed. b. In the landscape beds at the entry, there appear to be placeholders (i.e. empty pots in the dirt of the landscape bed) for some of the shrubs, but not all of the landscaping had been installed. c. At the southwest corner of the site, it appears that four pacific ninebark shrubs were missing within the perimeter landscape bed.

Pipeline Notfication Rcw 19.122.033 Resolved Engineering Division Standard Conditions
: Effective January 1, 2013 RCW 19.122 Before conducting any construction or excavation within 100 feet of a right-of-way or utility easement containing a transmission pipeline a person must notify the pipeline companies of the scheduled excavation through the one-number locator service 811. Notification must occur in a window of not less than 2 business days but not more than 10 business days before beginning the excavation. If a transmission pipeline company is notified that excavation work will occur near a pipeline, a representative of the company must consult with the excavator on-site prior to excavation.
