ENG PLAN REVIEW BUILDING - As of 05/17/21 AH stated "Tyler Sorrell from the Health Department had revisions for their architect. I CC'd you on the email chain. He will send us an email upon his approval. " LL 05/20/21
A second email was sent asking for TPCHD approval of the proposed temp septic system and a statement that the portable will be removed after temp occupancy. LL 01/19/2021
SDC have not been collected on this permit as they were under B-20-0980.
However, B-20-0980 has not been issued to date. If B-20-0980 is not issued SDC, requirements, etc.... will be added to this permit application prior to engineering approval. All other review complete except for site plan comparison to civil permit applcation E-21-0071. Please note that this permit will not be released by engineering until the proposed water and service connections has been approved for construction under civil permit E-21-0670 . LL 09152021
An email was sent to the applicant concerning the bathroom in the portable asking that utility connection information be provided as well as a plumbing fixture worksheet. LL 12/30/2020

I am following up after City staff meeting discussing your intentions for the application for the portable for temporary office space. I had reached out to you with multiple calls then emailed requesting you to contact me as there are aspects to the plans submitted that would indicate this is permanent. I wanted to clarify as the cover sheet indicated it was temporary but the application stated Portable Relocation. Due to the items included for the plan review I wanted to have a clear understanding you did not intend for this to be permanent. Please confirm the plans submitted were only to be reviewed as temporary use for me to proceed with my review and complete it to be issued.

The temporary permit was never issued and based on the current proposal of connecting water to the warehouse appears this application is to install the portable as permanent. There are other items to clarify and currently the site plan submitted for permit B-21-0263 for warehouse remodel and mezzanine addition is different than what was submitted for the location of the portable, they will be required to match. I attempted three calls and it notes no service so was unable to leave a voice mail. My contact information is listed below.
