DO NOT OPEN CUT WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL: Failure to obtain prior approval will result in a full overlay 50' (feet) on each side of the trench. 4. WINDOWING UTILITIES: Call inspector prior to windowing utilities at 253.405.1707 5. CALL INSPECTOR at 253.405.1707 if any questions arise in the field. 6. CALL TO CLOSE PERMIT: Call 253.841.5587 when all work and restoration is complete.
