DO NOT OPEN CUT WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL: Failure to obtain prior approval could result in a full overlay 50' (feet) on each side of the trench. 4. WINDOWING UTILITIES: Call inspector prior to windowing utilities at (253) 405-1707 5. CALL INSPECTOR at (253) 405-1707 if any questions arise in the field. 6. CALL TO CLOSE PERMIT: Call (253) 841-5587 when all work and restoration is complete.
