DO NOT PARK VEHICLES ON CITY SIDEWALK. 4. DO NOT OPEN CUT WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. 5. ANY CURB, GUTTER OR SIDEWALK BROKEN DURING CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE REMOVED AND REPLACED. 6. CALL 253-841-5577 TO CLOSE PERMIT WHEN WORK IS COMPLETE. 7.
