"Removal of one single Quercus sp. is permitted; the tree is nearest to the stop light at the intersection of the private road serving 402 Valley Ave and Valley Ave. No other street trees shall be removed. 2. "Pruning is limited to trees on the frontage of the 402 Valley Ave NW site only. No other trees will be pruned. 3. "No street trees shall be topped or otherwise severely pruned (topping as defined by ANSI A300. No other pruning in an effort to reduce crown growth, size, shape or structure, outside of the conditions of this approval, are permitted under this approval. 4. "All street trees shall be pruned in accordance with ANSI A300 standards, including all supplemental guidance. Pruning shall be limited to street and sidewalk clearance, as well as minor crown/structural pruning/thinning to improve branch architecture and structure only. 5. Follow approved TCP and work between Mon - Fri the hours of 9am & 3pm only 1. I agree to call the the Engineering Inspector at 253-405-1707 prior to starting work. 2. I agree to have the approved permit on site at all times. 3. UTILITY INSPECTIONS ARE REQUIRED PRIOR TO BACKFILLING. 4. No work shall be done in or on the public right of way without a licensed and bonded contractor first obtaining a right of way permit. 5. I agree to keep the existing right of way free of debris and dirt. 6. I agree to call the Utility Notification Center at 1-800-424-5555 before beginning any excavation. Call before you dig, it's the law. 7. I agree to adhere to the approved Traffic Control Plan. 8. I agree to perform all work in accordance with City's Standards. Any curb, gutter or sidewalk broken now or during construction shall be removed and replaced. 9. I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understand the contents of this permit and I hereby state that the information I have supplied is true and correct. The Applicant shall defend, indemnify, and hold the City, its officers, employees and volunteers harmless from any and all claims, injuries, damages, losses or suits including attorney fees, arising out of or in connection with activities or operations performed by the Applicant or on the Applicant's behalf out of issuance of this permit.
Pipeline Notfication Rcw 19.122.033 Resolved Standard Conditions

Effective January 1, 2013 RCW 19.122 Before conducting any construction or excavation within 100 feet of a right-of-way or utility easement containing a transmission pipeline a person must notify the pipeline companies of the scheduled excavation through the one-number locator service 811. Notification must occur in a window of not less than 2 business days but not more than 10 business days before beginning the excavation. If a transmission pipeline company is notified that excavation work will occur near a pipeline, a representative of the company must consult with the excavator on-site prior to excavation.
