Must coordinate with local businesses that will be impacted by closure 3-full business days in advance 6. Call Comm Center the day(s) of closure @ 253-841-5431 7. Notify all local emergency services of closure times and dates 3-full business days in advance of closure 8. The hospital shall notify ER personnel about this detour plan ahead of closure 9. Spotters should be available to assist pedestrian if needed 10. ER access shall remain open to pedestrians during construction via 15th Ave SE ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1. I agree to call the the Engineering Inspector at 253-405-1707 prior to starting work. 2. I agree to have the approved permit on site at all times. 4. No work shall be done in or on the public right of way without a licensed and bonded contractor first obtaining a right of way permit. 7. I agree to adhere to the approved Traffic Control Plan. 8. I agree to perform all work in accordance with City's Standards. Any curb, gutter or sidewalk broken now or during construction shall be removed and replaced. 9. I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understand the contents of this permit and I hereby state that the information I have supplied is true and correct. 10. Enter Action Code 6910 to schedule an inspection using the automated inspection line. The Applicant shall defend, indemnify, and hold the City, its officers, employees and volunteers harmless from any and all claims, injuries, damages, losses or suits including attorney fees, arising out of or in connection with activities or operations performed by the Applicant or on the Applicant's behalf out of issuance of this permit.
Pipeline Notfication Rcw 19.122.033 Resolved Engineering Division Standard Conditions
: Effective January 1, 2013 RCW 19.122 Before conducting any construction or excavation within 100 feet of a right-of-way or utility easement containing a transmission pipeline a person must notify the pipeline companies of the scheduled excavation through the one-number locator service 811. Notification must occur in a window of not less than 2 business days but not more than 10 business days before beginning the excavation. If a transmission pipeline company is notified that excavation work will occur near a pipeline, a representative of the company must consult with the excavator on-site prior to excavation.
