: E-PERMIT CONDITIONS: Mark J. Servizi, P.E. has signed and stamped a LPD Memorandum dated 12/21/2017 stating that the existing storm system will not be compromised by the weight/placement of the CHP Engine if the following items are addressed during design and construction: 1. The concrete pad must be designed to distribute loads and prevent cracking 2. Ductile iron pipe shall have minimum cover as recommended by the manufacturer 3. Any point loads shall be designed to distribute loads below the pipe and/or neighboring foundations The three conditions above are required to be adhered to and will be conditions placed on the building permit for the CHP Engine.
