Description: PERMIT CONDITIONS: Applicant shall comply with the IFC Chapter 26 for all welding and hot work. Fire watch shall be maintained during and after cutting. Hot work program shall also be adhered to. This permit is subject to ongoing inspections by the Fire Code Official for compliance. Conditioned to the conditions and recommendations of the MDE inc reports regarding the Polysheild SS-100 HT coating. Must have Dry Chemical extinguisher available while welding in conformance with the MDE inc. recommendations.
