1.ANY NEW FIRE ALARM SYSTEM SHALL BE PLACARDED PER NFPA 72. THE UL CERTIFICATE SHALL BE POSTED AT TIME OF FINAL INSPECTION. 2. A DEVICE MAP WITH THE LAYOUT OF EACH FLOOR AND THE LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION OF EACH DEVICE INCLUDING THE POINT SHALL BE INSTALLED AT THE REMOTE ANNUNCIATOR AND THE MAIN FACP. THE EXTERIOR MAP SHALL BE NON-FADING AND NON-PEELING. 3. THE FIRE ALARM WIRING SHALL BE PERMITTED THROUGH LABOR AND INDUSTRIES AND THE PERMIT AND FINAL INSPECTIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO FIRE FINAL TEST. 4. A PRE-TEST SHALL BE CONDUCTED AND A PRINT OUT OF THE LOCATION OF THE DEVICE, POINT NUMBER AND DESCRIPTOR SHALL BE FURNISHED TO THE INSPECTOR AT FINAL. 5. FIRE FINAL INSPECTION IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO OCCUPANCY
