: THE INSTALLATION OF THE GENERATOR SHALL COMPLY WITH THE 2009 IFC AND NFPA 110 2005 EDITION AND THE STATE ELECTRICAL CODE. 1. FINAL APPROVAL IS WITHHELD UNTIL THE INSTALLATION ACCEPTANCE TEST PER NFPA 110 SECTION 7.13 IS COMPLETED AND WITNESSED BY THE FIRE CODE OFFICIAL. 2. ALL SIGNAGE REQUIRED FOR DIESEL SHALL BE ON THE TANK AND ON ALL SIDES. THIS INSTALLATION IS NOT PERMANENT DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT HAS NOT APPROVED THE LOCATION. IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT WHEN A NEW LOCATION IS AGREED UPON BY THE CITY OF PUYALLUP DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIRECTOR AND THE OWNER, A NEW PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED.
