ANY VIOLATION OF THE FIRE WATCH PROVISION OF THE IFC OR THIS PERMIT WILL REQUIRE THE CITY TO CONDUCT THE FIRE WATCH AND THE APPLICANT WILL BE CHARGED $130.00 PER HOUR DURING THE DURATION OF THE FIRE WATCH.
