: FIRE: 1. ANY NEW FIRE ALARM SYSTEM SHALL BE PLACARDED PER NFPA 72. THE UL CERTIFICATE SHALL BE POSTED AT TIME OF FINAL INSPECTION. 2. A DEVICE MAP WITH THE LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION OF EACH DEVICE INCLUDING THE POINT SHALL BE INSTALLED AT THE MAIN FACP AND THE ANNUNCIATOR PANEL. 3. THE FIRE ALARM WIRING SHALL BE PERMITTED THROUGH LABOR AND INDUSTRIES AND THE PERMIT AND FINAL INSPECTIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO FIRE FINAL TEST. 4. A PRE-TEST SHALL BE CONDUCTED AND A PRINT OUT OF THE LOCATION OF THE DEVICE, POINT NUMBER AND DESCRIPTOR SHALL BE FURNISHED TO THE INSPECTOR AT FINAL. 5. FIRE FINAL INSPECTION IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO OCCUPANCY 6 WE RECOMMEND A 190 DEGREE FIXED TEMPERATURE HEAT DETECTOR TO GO INTO EACH OF THE SKYLIGHT OPENINGS.LOCATE IT ON THE SOUTH WALL JUST BELOW THE LIP OF THE ELECTRONIC SCREENING IN A LOCATION TO BE DETERMINED BY YOU WHERE IT WILL RECEIEVE THE LEASTAMOUNT OF DIRECT SUNLIGHT FIRE ALARM INSPECTION REQUEST CODES: IVR-5302 FIRE ALARM TEST INSPECTION IVR-5303 FIRE ALARM FINAL INSPECTION
