CONDITIONS: 1. A NEW DEVICE MAP WITH THE LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION OF EACH NEW DEVICE INCLUDING THE POINT SHALL BE INSTALLED AT THE REMOTE ANNUNCIATOR AND THE MAIN FACP. THE EXTERIOR MAP SHALL BE NON-FADING AND NON-PEELING. 2. THE FIRE ALARM WIRING SHALL BE PERMITTED THROUGH LABOR AND INDUSTRIES AND THE PERMIT AND FINAL INSPECTIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO FIRE FINAL TEST. 3. WEATHERPROOF HORN/STROBE REQUIRED ON FRONT OF STRUCUTURE CLOSE TO ANNUNCIATOR PANEL. 4. PULL STATION REQUIRED AT REAR REVISED PLANS EMERGENCY EXIT. 5. ANNUNCIATOR PANEL TO BE INSTALLED TO THE EXTERIOR OF THE FRONT WALL. 6 "AS-BUILTS" SHALL BE REQUIRED BY FINAL DUE TO MODIFICATIONS TO THE PLANS. IVR-5302 FIRE ALARM TEST INSPECTION REQUIRED IVR-5303 FIRE ALARM FINAL INSPECTION REQUIRED
