CONDITIONS: 1. PROVIDE A DOUBLE DETECTOR CHECK VALVE PRIOR TO THE PUMP AND A CERTIFICATION OF THE VALVE PRIOR TO FIRE SPRINKLER FINAL. 2. ALL SUPPRESSION SUPPLY LINE SHUT OFF VALVES MUST BE ZIP TIED IN THE OPEN POSITION AND LABELED TO INDICATE THAT IT IS THE SUPPLY FOR THE DUCT SUPPRESSION SYSTEM. THIS SHALL INCLUDE ALL DOMESTIC LINE VALVES SUPPLING THE SYSTEM. 3. PROVIDE LNI FINAL APPROVAL ON ALL ELECTRICAL WORK ASSOCIATED WITH THE SYSTEM. REQUIRED INSPECTIONS: IVR-5401 SUPPRESSION SYSTEM TEST INSPECTION IVR-5402 SUPPRESSION SYSTEM FINAL INSPECTION
