PERMIT CONDITIONS: Fire Watch shall comply with IFC 3304 Program log shall be available for inspection at any time by the City. Fire Watch personnel shall be provided a method of communication (cell phone) for emergency use and contact by the City. The permittee shall provide oversite and manage the log book. Daily charge for Fire Watch is $130.00; initial charges shall be 4 weeks $3120.00. The balance of fees are required to be paid in full prior to final approval. IF the fire watch extends beyond 6 weeks the City may require another payment.
