* Final approval by the Building Official is required prior to use or occupancy. * Work shall not proceed until the inspector has approved the stages of construction. * Surface storm water shall be diverted from the building site and shall not drain onto adjacent properties. * I hereby acknowledge that I have read this Permit/Application, that the information given is correct; that I am the owner or the duly authorized agent of the owner; that plans submitted herewith are in compliance with all applicable city, county and state laws and that all construction will proceed in accordance with said laws. This permit shall expire if work is not commenced with 180 days or if the work is suspended for a period of 180 days. Permits expire two years from issuance. * By leaving the contractor information section blank, I hereby certify further that contractors (general or subcontractors) will not be hired to perform any work in association with this permit. New Fire Alarm System Conditions Resolved Standard Conditions
1- PROVIDE PLANS AND PERMIT ON SITE FOR INSPECTION. 2- COMPLETE LABOR AND INDUSTRIES INSPECTIONS PRIOR TO REQUESTING CITY INSPECTION 3- UPDATE THE DEVICE MAP AT THE ANNUNCIATOR AND FIRE ALARM PANELS 4- TOTAL COVERAGE IS REQURED; SUBJECT TO INSPECTION 5- FIRE ALARM SYSTEM SHALL BE PLACARDED PER NFPA 72. THE UL CERTIFICATE SHALL BE POSTED AT TIME OF FINAL INSPECTION. THE SYSTEM WILL NEED TO BE UL CERTIFIED 6- A PRE-TEST SHALL BE CONDUCTED AND A PRINT OUT OF THE LOCATION OF THE DEVICE, POINT NUMBER AND DESCRIPTOR SHALL BE FURNISHED TO THE INSPECTOR AT FINAL. 7- FIRE FINAL IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO BUILDING FINAL 8- REMOTE ANNUCIATOR LOCATED ON THE EXTERIOR REQUIRED 9- FIRE ALARM FINAL WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNTIL FIRE SPRINKLER PERMIT IS FINALED. FIRE PUMP ROOM NEEDS FPE REVIEW BECAUSE OF CLEARANCES. 10- SEE EMAIL ATTACHED TO PLAN FOR MCDONALDS. CHANGES WILL NEED TO BE REFLECTED ON DEVICE MAP AND AS-BUILT PLAN.
