Description: 1. COMPLY WITH 2015 IFC SECTION 510 2. BOTH BUILDINGS BROWNSTONE, AND THE LODGE ARE ON THIS PERMIT. 3. THIS PERMIT WILL NOT BE FINALED UNTIL THE FIRST ANNUAL TEST IS DONE ON EACH BUILDING. A PARTIAL APPROVAL WILL BE GIVEN TO EACH BUILDING AT TIME OF PASSING INSPECTION. IT WILL BE UP TO THE CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE THE ANNUAL PASSING TEST RESULTS TO THE CITY OF PUYALLUP FIRE PREVENTION. AT THAT TIME A FINAL WILL BE GRANTED UPON PASSING RESULTS. 2015 IFC SECTION 510.6.1 FOR ANNUAL TESTING. 4. PASSING TEST RESULTS FOR EACH BUILDING WILL BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO CALLING FOR INPSECTION.
