New Fire Alarm System Conditions Resolved Standard Conditions
: 1- PROVIDE PLANS AND PERMIT ON SITE FOR INSPECTION. 2- COMPLETE LABOR AND INDUSTRIES INSPECTIONS INCLUDING ELEVATOR SIGNOFF PRIOR TO REQUESTING CITY INSPECTION. 3- COMPLETE THIRD PARTY U.L. PUNCH LIST PROVIDED BY ESQUARED PRIOR TO REQUESTING CITY INSPECTION. PROVIDE COMPLETE PUNCHLIST TO INSPECTOR AT TIME OF INSPECTION. 4- DEVICE MAP REQUIRED TO BE HUNG AT PANEL AND EXTERIOR ANNUNCIATOR PRIOR TO INSPECTION. THE EXTERIOR DEVICE MAP WILL NEED TO BE WEATHER PROOF. 5- TOTAL COVERAGE IS REQURED SUBJECT TO FIELD INSPECTION. 6- FIRE ALARM SYSTEM SHALL BE PLACARDED PER NFPA 72. THE UL CERTIFICATE SHALL BE POSTED AT TIME OF FINAL INSPECTION. 7- A PRE-TEST SHALL BE CONDUCTED AND A PRINT OUT OF THE LOCATION OF THE DEVICE, POINT NUMBER AND DESCRIPTOR SHALL BE FURNISHED TO THE INSPECTOR AT TIME OF INSPECTION. 8- FIRE ALARM FINAL IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO FIRE FINAL INSPECTION. 9- PROVIDE DOCUMENT BOX AT FIRE ALARM PANEL PER NFPA 72. 10- REMOTE ANNUCIATOR REQUIRED ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE MAIN ENTRANCE. 11- PROVIDE FREEZE PROTECTION FOR ANNUCIATOR PER MANUFACTURES REQUIREMENTS. 12- FIRE SPRINKLER CONTRACTOR REQUIRED AT INSPECTION FOR ACCEPTANCE TESTING. 13- ALL ITEMS ABOVE MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE FIRE ALARM INSPECTION IS SCHEDULED.
