APPOINTMENT REQUIRED. 6- HYDRO TEST, TWO INSPECTIONS WILL BE REQUIRED 2HRS APART. CALL TO SCHEDULE TIMES. 7- FIRE PUMPS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE TESTED AND WITNESSED BY INSPECTOR. INSPECTION REQUEST CODES: 5202 FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM HYDROSTATIC TEST 5204 FIRE SPRINKLER COVER INSPECTION 5205 FIRE SPRINKLER DRY SYSTEM TRIP TEST 5208 FIRE SPRINKLER FINAL INSPECTION SCHEDULE YOUR INSPECTION BY PHONE OR ONLINE THROUGH THE CITY OF PUYALLUP ONLINE PERMIT SYSTEM.
