1. The Mall’s FACP is currently in a noncompliance. 2. Permit will be extended for a final 30 days with a forth extension fee in the amount of 260$. 3. The permit will be expired after 30 days and be turned into code compliance. 4. A reinspection fee will be added for the result of a failing inspection today in the amount of 130$. 5. All Strobes throughout mall including stores are required to sync. NFPA code is listed below for synchronization. 6. 100% pretest required. Provide Central Station printout of a 100% pretest to the City of Puyallup. All stores along with hallways and corridors are required to be tested for compliance prior to next inspection. 7. ADT's original list dated 1-19-22, (Mall strobes are not synced. Multiple breaks in the sync line, most likely a bad sync module).
