Letter must address all his comments from previous reports. 3. Provide proof that tanks have been decommissioned and can no longer be used. 4. Provide a current detailed HMIS of all materials that will be onsite. 5. All tanks shall be labeled and placard per the IFC 6. All tanks that have been decommissioned will be required to be placard decommissioned.
