INSPECTION REQUEST CODES: 5302 FIRE ALARM TEST INSPECTION 5303 FIRE ALARM FINAL INSPECTION SCHEDULE YOUR INSPECTION BY PHONE OR ONLINE THROUGH THE CITY OF PUYALLUP ONLINE PERMIT SYSTEM.
