The request proposes to exceed the max burial height/depth of 20 feet for a sanitary sewer manhole. As part of the sanitary sewer main extension, SS manholes are being installed/replaced south of the project site, within the 27th Ave SE ROW. two (2) manholes #110 & 120 need to be 25 feet deep, so the correct pipe slope is achieved for sewage flow.
