Tie side sewer into main line upstream from the c/o and sample tee. Install a 6" sample tee upstream from the c/o. The c/o riser needs to be replaced. Install cap and adaptors for the risers. Install castings with lids that say sewer. The c/o and sample tee dimension may need to be adjusted to fit within excavation. Maintain separation for casting fitment.

I also certify that if I do choose to hire a contractor (general or subcontractor) I will only hire those contractors that are licensed by the State of Washington. If you are a property owner, contractor or permittee and you are paying for someone to perform the work, they must have a valid contractor registration and the person(s) installing plumbing inside a structure must meet the plumbing certification requirements.
