Responding agencies are Central Pierce Fire & Rescue, Puyallup Police Department 2- Prior to requesting City Inspection, reply to email chain above with passing test results and include all frequencies tested in a full report. 3- Once the report has been reviewed, a request for inspection can be approved. 4- Appointment required for inspection. 5- Fire Alarm contractor required to be onsite for testing. 6- Provide plans and permit on site for inspection. 7- A smoke detector is required above riser. 8- Complete labor and industries inspections prior to requesting city inspection. Schedule your inspection online through the city of puyallup online permit system after requesting appointment from inspector.
