We will be completing a re-roof project on Unit #975 at South Hill Mall. This re-roof consists of NO tear off of the existing roof system. We will install (1) layer of 1/2" High Density Board that will be mechanically attached on top of the existing roof system. On top of the High Density Board we will install a .060mil Thermoplastic Polyolefin single ply membrane that will be adhered to High Density Board.
