WORK SCOPE: • Clean existing roof of all loose dirt and debris prior to reroofing. • Remove and dispose of all existing damaged walk-pads. • Remove “Non-used” penetrations, add metal decking as needed and fill area with new insulation to bring to current roof level. • Remove existing cap flashing along parapet walls and set aside for reuse. • Supply and install new skirt flashing around applicable roof perimeters and all existing HVAC units. • Supply and install new GAF EnergyGuard 1/2" (20psi) rigid insulation over the existing roof. (mechanically attached) • Supply and install new GAF EverGuard 60mil TPO membrane roof system over the entire roof section. (mechanically attached) • Detail all existing pipes, vents, drains and HVAC units with new GAF EverGuard 60mil TPO membrane or GAF TPO Pitch Pockets. • Supply and install new GAF TPO walk pads around all HVAC units. • Remove and replace rotten/damaged existing treated support blocks for piping on this roof section with new 6"x6" treated wood blocks on protective pads. • Reinstall existing cap flashing along parapet walls. • Clean up and haul away any related roofing debris from job site.

If you are a property owner, contractor or permittee and you are paying for someone to perform the work, they must have a valid contractor registration and the person(s) installing plumbing inside a structure must meet the plumbing certification requirements.
