The permit conditions for Underground Storage Tank Removal/Fill in Place are as follows: 1. Email inspector for appointment for fills and removals. 2. Remove and dispose of the tank according to EPA requirements. 3. Email tank decommissioning / disposal report to inspector for Final signoff. Once reviewed a final approval will be adjusted online. Schedule your inspection online through the city of Puyallup online permit system after requesting appointment from inspector.
