Thank you for sending the Washington State Department of
Transportation (WSDOT) the notice (and notice of cancellation) for the P-12-0005
Binding Site Plan Request for Warehouse/Distribution Park by Barghausen
Engineers and Tarragon Construction.
FYI - I had sent out your notice to a couple of departments
with a request for comments and the only comment I received back is:
Please provide the hydraulic
design and approval by the city that shows the developer has designed the
development
to meet Ecology Manual
requirements for onsite treatment and detention, before the Stormwater is
released onto
WSDOT property, which is the
current drainage path.
I understand that this June 21, 2012 Committee Meeting has
been cancelled due to “extenuating circumstances” and may be
rescheduled.
Please add our comments to your file so that in the event
that this meeting is rescheduled our comments will be part of the
record.
