Total new building area is proposed at 1,012,000 square feet The project applicant (MultiCare Health Systems/Good Sam) filed a SEPA checklist previously (permit ID PLSSP20220161); the city is conducting an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the project. The City of Puyallup is acting as Lead Agency in preparation of the EIS. The city issued a Determination of Significance (which initiated the EIS) on November 18. 2022.
