Corrections:	Correction 1: Miscellaneous Planning Correction Status: Resolved Date Status Changed: 10/24/2023 Comments: REQUEST and DECISION #1 This alternative request is to provide additional low-lying landscaping along the outer easterly wall on parcel number 0420208044, which is visible from 18th St NW, instead of landscaping along the inner walls of parcel number 0420204132. Both parcels are owned by the City of Puyallup for operation of the Water Pollution Control Plant. DECISION: Perimeter landscaping along the northern property line is required. However, due to the circumstances posed by the proposed use (secondary clarifier) it is not feasible for landscaping to be placed there. To ensure that landscaping is still provided, the applicant has applied for an AMR, per VMS 15.1, to deviate from the standards in the VMS. The proposal to plant landscaping along the outer eastern wall instead of along the inner northern wall is an acceptable proposal.
