1. Fire Sprinklers installed incorrectly in ceiling tiles. 2. Safety cap still installed by escalator. 3. Missing trims by escalator. 4. Painted sprinkler head by escalator. 5. Painted concealed sprinkler head by escalator. 6. Sprinkler head in drywall ceiling SW corner of building by roof top door pushed up. 7. Rewalk project for trim rings that are installed incorrectly. 8. GC will point out the issues to be fixed.

: 1- PROVIDE PLANS AND PERMIT ON SITE FOR INSPECTION. 2- COVER AND FINAL INSPECTIONS ARE REQUIRED. 3- FIRE WATCH IS REQUIRED WHEN SPRINKLER SYSTEM IS OUT OF SERVICE IN EXSISTING BUILDINGS. 4- CONTRACTOR REQUIRED AT ALL INSPECTIONS. 5- HYDRO TEST WILL BE REQUIRED ON ALL NEW AND EXISTING BUILDINGS. APPOINTMENT REQUIRED. 6- HYDRO TEST, TWO INSPECTIONS WILL BE REQUIRED 2HRS APART. CALL TO SCHEDULE TIMES. 7- FIRE PUMPS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE TESTED AND WITNESSED BY INSPECTOR. CONTRACTOR MUST BE PRESENT AT INSPECTIONS. Note: Separate areas with no above ceiling fire protection from areas with upright.
