1 ; at time of comment inspection with contractor to discuss handrail extensions at stairs, witnessed fire rated won-door at east exit closed, fire rated doors at gym room 001 wedged open and gate installed around 2nd exits at exterior doors at rooms 117 &117b at time of inspection. talked to principal, vice principal,& security guard about won-door would need remain open at east exit, fire rated doors not to be wedged open at gym, and fence wound need to be relocated not to block exit path, or provide accessible gate with panic hardware. ( gate will need to remain open while school is occupied as discussed with security guard until correction is completed)

Effective January 1, 2013 RCW 19.122 Before conducting any construction or excavation within 100 feet of a right-of-way or utility easement containing a transmission pipeline a person must notify the pipeline companies of the scheduled excavation through the one-number locator service 811. Notification must occur in a window of not less than 2 business days but not more than 10 business days before beginning the excavation. If a transmission pipeline company is notified that excavation work will occur near a pipeline, a representative of the company must consult with the excavator on-site prior to excavation.
