[Jamie Carter @ 10/23/2025 1:06 PM] The cul-de-sac is a temporary configuration and is expected to be removed and reconstructed into a city standard roadway that connects to Shaw Rd when the property to the north develops. The expectation is that they will dedicate 25 feet to match the 25 feet already dedicated to make a 50 foot wide city standard right of way that a public street can be installed within. This will connect Shaw Rd to the new "Road B" creating internal connectivity for both plats. This area of 50 foot wide dedication will most likely be the main access for the future development. Normandy Heights is not responsible for this construction/reconfiguration, but should be aware that it may happen.
