Stormwater - Less than 2,000 SF New/Replaced Hard Surface Open Engineering Division Standard Conditions
: The City adopted the Department of Ecology’s 2019 Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington which requires best management practices for projects that add or replace less than 2,000 square feet of hard surface area. Your proposed project is less than the 2,000 square foot threshold. Therefore, your project will need to follow the City of Puyallup Small Project Stormwater Requirements. Erosion and sediment control will be required especially as it relates to neighboring properties.
