Install initiation and notification to Puyallup and state fire code requirements. Provide fire alarm visual and audible notification on exterior of building and throughout building space within scope. Provide smoke detection and pull stations throughout. Building is sprinkled. Provide fire alarm central monitoring via Telco Lines.

: 1- APPOINTMENT REQUIRED FOR ALL INSPECTIONS 2- PROVIDE PLANS AND PERMIT ON SITE FOR INSPECTION. 3- COMPLETE LABOR AND INDUSTRIES INSPECTIONS PRIOR TO REQUESTING CITY INSPECTION. 4- A REMOTE ANNUCIATOR LOCATED ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE MAIN ENTRANCE IN A WEATHER PROOF HOUSING REQUIRED. 5- EXTERIOR FIRE BELL REQUIRED OUTSIDE FIRE SPRINKLER ROOM. 6- DEVICE MAPS REQUIRED AT THE ANNUNCIATOR AND FIRE ALARM PANEL PRIOR TO CALLING IN FINAL. THE ANNUNCIATOR MAP WILL NEED TO BE WEATHERPROOF. 7- TOTAL COVERAGE IS REQURED; SUBJECT TO FIELD INSPECTION. COMPLY WITH NFPA 72, 2013 8- FIRE ALARM SYSTEM SHALL BE PLACARDED PER NFPA 72. THE UL CERTIFICATE SHALL BE POSTED AT TIME OF FINAL INSPECTION. THE SYSTEM WILL NEED TO BE UL CERTIFIED. 9- A PRE-TEST SHALL BE CONDUCTED AND A PRINT OUT OF THE LOCATION OF THE DEVICE, POINT NUMBER AND DESCRIPTOR SHALL BE FURNISHED TO THE INSPECTOR AT FINAL. 10- FIRE SPRINKLER TAMPER VALVES AND PIV WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE TESTED AT INSPECTION. FIRE SPRINKLER CONTRACTOR TO BE ONSITE. 11- THE CITY OF PUYALLUP ALLOWS ONE FACP PER BUILDING. THE PANEL WILL NEED TO BE LARGE ENOUGH TO HANDLE MULTIPLE TENTANTS IF APPLICABLE.
